We proudly announce the arrival of Prancer's second Appendix/Dressage prospect colt, Niki (His barn name). Niki was born on June 19, 2005. He is a smokey mousey dark gray color, which indicates that he will eventually turn black. He is big, bold and beautiful. At 1 month old, he is halter broke, lead broke, gentle to handling and the picking up of his feet, and trailering. Niki promises to excell in the Hunter/Dressage/Eventing arena and also can do cow events in the AQHA show arena. He has inherited the beautiful and the graceful movements of his sire Diamond Bill from Oakwood Farm. Please contact Jeannie to make arrangements to acquire this beautiful colt. This colt will be registered in the Quarter Horse registry.

Niki has elegant gaits, a perfect conformaton for dressage and hunter-jumper. He is standing at 15H as a 2 yr old and is still growing, promising a good size. |

This is Niki being ridden with the trainer. Niki moves softly now is soft and responsive, bending and flexing nicely. There is no heavy handness with the bit on this horse! His main big fault at this time is he is laid back and a bit lazy. But we asked to have this preserved as he is also used as a trail horse. He has never offered to buck, but is still green under saddle. He is ready for phase two of his training to hit the basics. He has inherited the graceful movement of his sire, has natural jumping talent, and has the gentle mindset of his Quarter Horse heritage.
